Why FrenchFryAi?
Hi! I'm Brandon Gadoci, the VP of AI Ops at data.world, where I've been for 9 years. My long and winding career has given me experience in sales, marketing, design, code, strategy, and now AI. For the last couple of years, I've been working exclusively on AI, spending my days creating sophisticated AI solutions. FrenchFryAI is my way of providing those learnings to others—specifically, small business owners who might not yet know how to leverage the power of AI.
My goal is to make the adoption and implementation of AI simple and take all the prompt engineering and guesswork out of the equation. I work on FrenchFryAI in my spare time and am constantly activating new tools. You can learn more about my work and me on my personal website at bgadoci.com.
What's with the name?
When brainstorming for a name, I thought back to my college days and my first business, BigFry IMS (Integrated Marketing Systems). Back in 1998, we were designing websites in Dreamweaver and using WebPosition Gold—so we thought that was an Integrated Marketing System! The “BigFry” part reflected our goal to help small companies achieve a big web presence. You know... not small fries... a BIG fry.
As a throwback, I considered naming this project BigFryAI, but “FrenchFryAI” suddenly came to mind, and I loved the sound of it. Maybe I could draw a metaphor about the fries being like the tools offered—pulling them out one by one—but the truth is, I just thought it sounded cool. Once I designed the logo, I was sold. Cute little thing, isn't it?
